Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce CPQ Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs and improve sales productivity
- Customization & Development: Develop custom solutions and enhancements within Salesforce CPQ, including complex pricing, product rules, and quote templates
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
- Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of CPQ solutions
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CPQ-related issues, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to users on CPQ processes and best practices
- Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize CPQ processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer with a strong understanding of CPQ concepts, processes, and best practices
- Salesforce CPQ Certification: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer) are a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects or working in an Agile environment is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
