Job Description:
  • As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of CRMIT’s Salesforce-focused BDM. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, leading client engagements, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enable our clients to scale efficiently, optimize their operations, and drive growth through Salesforce technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client
  • satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities by promoting CRMITs services,
  • including talent acquisition, workspace management, operations support, and strategic
  • consulting.
  • Strategic Consulting: Provide clients with expert advisory services to help them scale their
  • Salesforce environments and achieve business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align service
  • delivery with client needs. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout
  • the client lifecycle..
  • AI & Tool Exposure : Understanding the expansion opportunities within the GCC priorities
  • including AI
Qualification & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in client partnerships, Business Development, Revenue generation and account management within the technology within India Location
  • cloud, or Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing large client relationships at the global CXO level, for
  • strategy & delivery.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
Required Skills:
  • Capable of convincing the clients, cross-sell/up sell of the services /solutions etc., to the clients.Should have good contacts and proven track record of Services and Solutions Sales across verticals - BFSI, MFG, etc., and eloquence in technical terminology.
