Job Description:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our super sales team. The Client Partner will play a crucial role in driving net new business and expanding our client base within the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing long-lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas for our suite of Salesforce services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across all channels (inbound leads, known network, AE connected opportunities, etc.)
  • Drive net new business in Salesforce services within the assigned territory, focusing on CRMIT services such as Managed Services, Managed Capacity, and related services
  • Develop clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results
  • Have a solution and/or technology background, preferably within Salesforce and related products
  • Acquire "Net New" customers and achieve sales quotas for CRMIT’s Managed Services (including Salesforce consulting, BI, and MuleSoft services)
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with Salesforce Sales & Account Executives to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities and drive ACV goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage differentiators and USPs in the Salesforce-CRMIT partnership
  • Work with cross-functional teams to lead customer Discovery meetings and participate in project estimation
  • Manage successful transition from lead to opportunity to closure
  • Negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring a competitive advantage is created and maintained
Qualification & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling Salesforce products and solutions, with a history of carrying and achieving an annual revenue quota
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience selling in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services
  • Established relationships with Salesforce industry leads in mid-market and global accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience working collaboratively with Salesforce.com sales and delivery teams
