From the latest advancements in AI and automation to cutting-edge cloud solutions, the event presented attendees an opportunity to hear directly from Marc Benioff and other Salesforce executives, participate in action-packed panel discussions, and gain insights into how these innovations can help customers.

Day 3 witnessed a deep dive into Slack AI and Slack Canvas, and their powerful capabilities.

Talking about several platform enhancements and reveals, Salesforce promised to offer businesses maximum flexibility and customization across the board, while securing their data.

Dreamforce 2023 closed on a positive note with Lidiane Jones, Salesforce saying, “We’re inventing a new way of working,” when talking about boosting productivity across the board in a productivity revolution.
